MOTOR VEHICLE ACCIDENT REHABILITATION

Evaluation to assess personal care, housekeeping, caregiving, work or school activity and leisure activities. They will address your physical, cognitive/perceptual and emotional status, and identify any barriers preventing your involvement in your normal day-to-day activities. Assessments include: 

• Home Safety

• Home Accessibility

• Attendant Care Needs

• Housekeeping and Home Maintenance needs

• Situational Functional Assessments

• Cognitive screening

• Job Analysis

• Return to Work Planning

After Assessment, a treatment plan will be provided and submitted to your insurance company. Treatment can be provided in home, in clinic, or virtually to help remediate any concerns and assist the client in achieving full independence.
